Rensal Brothers and Amazon Returns Policy
Rensal Brothers products sold through our Website or our Amazon Store are covered by Rensal Brothers and Amazon 30 days return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your new and unused item(s) within 30-days after receiving your order you will be able to return it.
All items must be returned in original condition, including Rensal Brothers packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using our Customer Support if the item was sold through our Website or Amazon Online Returns Center if the item was sold through our Amazon store. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach the warehouse once you return it. Once the item is received by the fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. We will automatically refund up to $10 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $10, you may contact our Customer Support to request a refund of the remaining postage cost.
